Does the light shine into my eyes?
The light sits below the eye and points down at the cheekbone and orbital ridge, not into the eye. Keep your eyes closed during a session — the instructions say so too.
Is it safe?
Used as directed, yes. Start the EMS on level one. Don't use it if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, have epilepsy, an eye condition, or broken or irritated skin around the eye — check with a doctor first.
How often should I use it?
