1. Who we are
This website is operated by Novelle Beauty (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us at any time through our contact form, and we will reply to the email address you give us.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Products and descriptions
We sell at-home beauty devices, including LED light therapy, microcurrent and red light devices. We try to describe and picture our products as accurately as possible, but colours and finishes may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen.
3. Important information about results and health
Our products are cosmetic devices, not medical devices. They are intended to support the appearance of your skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this website should be taken as medical advice.
Results vary from person to person, and depend on consistent use over time. We do not promise any specific outcome.
Please read the instructions supplied with your device before use. Do not use these devices if you are pregnant, or if you have a pacemaker, implanted electronic device or metal implants in the treatment area. If you have a specific skin condition, or you are undergoing treatment for one, speak to your GP or a qualified professional before use. Stop using a device and seek advice if you experience irritation or discomfort.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP), including for orders to the United States and Canada, and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free on all orders, and you will not be charged import duties, import VAT or customs fees on delivery. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order, through the payment methods shown at checkout.
5. Orders and contract formation
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order.
We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse in China. Delivery is free, and any import duties, import VAT or customs fees are paid by us, not you. Delivery timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellation
Our 90-day results guarantee, your statutory right to cancel, and your rights in respect of faulty goods are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Your legal rights as a consumer
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that cannot be excluded. In the UK these include rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described) and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
If you are a consumer in the United States or elsewhere, these terms do not remove any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live.
9. Acceptable use of this website
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation or security.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, branding and page design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reproduced for commercial use without our permission.
11. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on this page when you placed it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
