Returns

There is no returns address printed on your parcel. If you need to send something back, message us first and we will confirm where to post it for your order — see our Refund Policy.

What to include in your message

  • Order questions: your order number and the email address you ordered with.
  • Refund requests: your order number and a short note on how you used the product and what results you saw.
  • Faulty or damaged items: your order number and a photo of the issue if you can.
